The Hydraforce 5011074 (5011074) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, piloted, poppet-type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. Designed for low leakage in high-pressure load-holding applications, this valve is ideal for controlling the flow in hydraulic systems. When de-energized, the 5011074 allows fluid to flow from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow in the opposite direction. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet closes against its seat to block flow from port 2 to port 1 entirely. To allow flow from port 1 to port 2 when the valve is energized, a pressure of 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar) is required to overcome the solenoid force. The valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and corrosion-resistant plating which enhances durability and performance longevity. The hardened seat ensures long life and maintains low leakage rates under various operating conditions.
