The Hydraforce 5011033 (5011033) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, piloted, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve, specifically designed for low leakage in high-pressure load-holding applications. This normally open valve ensures reliable operation by allowing flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized; however, this flow is severely restricted from port 1 to port 2. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet closes tightly on its seat to block any flow from port 2 to port 1 while permitting controlled flow in the opposite direction once the solenoid force of 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar) is overcome. This model features a continuous-duty rated coil and corrosion-resistant plating which enhances durability and extends the valve's operational lifespan. The hardened seat reinforces the valve’s capability for maintaining low leakage over time.
