The Hydraforce 5011029N (5011029N) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, piloted, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve that is normally open and specifically designed for low leakage in higher pressure load-holding applications. This valve operates by allowing flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized; however, flow from port 1 to port 2 is significantly restricted under these conditions. When energized, the valve's poppet closes firmly on its seat, effectively blocking flow from port 2 to port 1. To allow flow from port 1 to port 2 when the valve is energized, a pressure of between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar) is required to overcome the solenoid force. The Hydraforce 5011029N features a continuous-duty rated coil and benefits from corrosion-resistant plating and a hardened seat which ensures both longevity and minimal leakage.
