The Hydraforce 5011021 (5011021) is a solenoid operated, 3-way, direct acting, spool type, screw-in hydraulic directional valve designed for high-pressure circuits. This model operates by allowing fluid flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized, while simultaneously blocking flow at port 3. Upon energization, the cartridge's spool shifts to open the flow from port 3 to port 2 and blocks the flow out of port 1. Although port 1 can be fully pressurized, it is not designed to serve as the inlet. This specific configuration makes the Hydraforce 5011021 ideal for applications requiring reliable control over fluid direction in a compact package, enhancing performance in various hydraulic systems.
