The Hydraforce 5011002 (5011002) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, piloted, poppet-type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed for low leakage in high-pressure load-holding applications. In its default state when de-energized, the 5011002 allows fluid flow from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow in the opposite direction. Upon energization, the valve's poppet closes against its seat, effectively blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 and allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 once the solenoid force of 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar) is overcome.
