The Hydraforce 5010949 (5010949) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, direct-acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic directional valve designed for high-pressure circuits. This specific model excels in controlling the direction of the flow in hydraulic systems. When de-energized, the SV5830 configuration of this valve allows fluid to flow from port 2 to port 1 while blocking flow at port 3. Upon energization, the cartridge’s spool shifts to permit flow from port 3 to port 2 and simultaneously blocks flow from port 1. Notably, while port 1 can be fully pressurized, it is not intended as the inlet. This directional valve is particularly useful for applications requiring reliable switching between different flow paths in a compact and efficient manner, enhancing both system versatility and performance.
