The Hydraforce 5010482 (5010482) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, poppet type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve specifically engineered for low leakage in load-holding applications. This valve operates such that when de-energized, the SV0823X poppet lifts to open the flow from port 2 to port 1, and allows flow also from port 1 to port 2. Conversely, when energized, it functions as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 after overcoming the solenoid force which requires between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar). The model features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat ensuring long life and minimal leakage.
