The Hydraforce 5010457 (5010457) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, direct-acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic directional valve designed specifically for high-pressure circuits. This compact and robust valve offers precise control by allowing flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized, while simultaneously blocking flow at port 3. Upon energization, the cartridge's spool shifts to permit flow from port 3 to port 2 and blocks flow out of port 1. Notably, although port 1 may be fully pressurized, it is not intended to serve as the inlet. This functionality makes the valve particularly suitable for applications requiring reliable directional control in a hydraulic system. The direct-acting design ensures a responsive operation even at lower pressure differentials, enhancing its effectiveness in various hydraulic setups.
