The Hydraforce 5010370 (5010370) is a high-performance, solenoid-operated, 2-way poppet type hydraulic cartridge valve. Specifically designed for low leakage in load-holding applications, this normally open valve ensures reliable operation in various hydraulic systems. The valve operates by lifting the SV0823X poppet to open flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized, maintaining bi-directional flow. Upon energization, it functions as a check valve allowing flow only from port 1 to port 2 and blocks flow in the reverse direction once the solenoid force is overcome, which requires between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar).
Key features of the Hydraforce 5010370 include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensure durability and minimal leakage over an extended period. The unit offers flexibility with optional coil voltages and terminations, making it adaptable for various electrical systems. Additionally, cartridges are voltage interchangeable which simplifies maintenance and inventory management. The design includes a unitized, molded coil that enhances structural integrity.
For enhanced operational convenience, this model offers a manual override option and can be equipped with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for high resistance against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for harsh environments. Its compact size facilitates easy installation in space-constrained applications while adhering to industry common cavity specifications for compatibility with standard configurations.
