The Hydraforce 5009762 (5009762) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, poppet type hydraulic cartridge valve, which is normally open and designed for low leakage in load-holding applications. This screwin valve operates by lifting the SV0823X poppet to enable flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized; flow is also permissible from port 1 to port 2 in this state. Upon energization, the valve functions as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow in the reverse direction after overcoming a solenoid force that requires between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar). The unit features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage.
