The Hydraforce 5009752 (5009752) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, direct-acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic directional valve designed for high-pressure circuits. This valve's operation is straightforward: when de-energized, it facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 while blocking flow at port 3. Upon energization, the cartridge's spool shifts to allow flow from port 3 to port 2 and simultaneously blocks flow out of port 1. Notably, while port 1 may be fully pressurized during this process, it is not intended to serve as the inlet.
