The Hydraforce 5004384V (5004384V) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally open, poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications. The operation of the SP1021 model allows it to function as a check valve when energized, facilitating flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow from port 2 to port 1. Conversely, when de-energized, the poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1. This model features a continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction which enhances its reliability and performance under continuous operational conditions.
