The Hydraforce 5004111 (5004111) is a solenoid-operated, direct-acting, 3-position, 4-way, motor spool, proportional directional control valve. Designed as a screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve, it is optimized for use with general-purpose hydraulic fluids. This model stands out for its versatility in controlling the flow direction and volume in hydraulic systems. When de-energized, the SP0847DX configuration blocks flow to port 3 while enabling flow from port 2 to port 1 and from port 4 to port 1. Energizing coil 1 allows flow from port 3 to port 4 and from port 2 to port 1. Conversely, activating coil 2 permits flow from port 3 to port 2 and from port 4 to port 1. Notably, this valve features a continuous-duty rated solenoid and boasts a hardened precision spool and cage which enhance its durability and lifespan. It offers flexibility with optional coil voltages and terminations along with a manual override feature. Furthermore, it supports optional waterproof ECoils that are rated up to IP69K for superior protection against dust and high-temperature high-pressure water jets. Its efficient wet-armature construction ensures reliable performance while being voltage interchangeable within cartridges that share an industry-common cavity design. This makes the Hydraforce 5004111 an ideal solution for applications requiring robust control of hydraulic fluid direction and volume under various operational conditions.
