The Hydraforce 5003988 (5003988) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally open, poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications, making it an ideal choice for various hydraulic systems requiring reliable operation and precise control. The operation of the SP1221 model allows it to act as a check valve when energized, facilitating flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow in the opposite direction. When de-energized, the poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1. Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction which enhances its performance and durability. Additionally, it offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K, ensuring protection against ingress of dust and high-temperature high-pressure water jets. This valve also fits an industry common cavity which simplifies installation and maintenance processes in various hydraulic setups.
