The Hydraforce 5003957 (5003957) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications. The operation of this model is distinct; when de-energized, the SP0820X functions as a check valve, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1. This valve is notable for its continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction which enhance its performance and reliability in various hydraulic systems. Additionally, it features manual override options and can be fitted with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K, ensuring functionality in environments requiring high moisture resistance.
