The Hydraforce 5003595 (5003595) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This model is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications. When de-energized, the SP1020XXX model functions as a check valve, allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to facilitate flow from port 2 to port 1. Notable features of this valve include a continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction which enhance its reliability and performance under continuous operational conditions. The valve also offers manual override options which provide additional control flexibility in system operation. For environments requiring robust protection against dust and water ingress, optional waterproof E-Coils are available that are rated up to IP69K. The valve is designed with an industry common cavity which ensures compatibility with standard configurations and simplifies installation processes.
