The Hydraforce 5003582 (5003582) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications in hydraulic systems. The SP1020XXX model functions as a check valve when de-energized, permitting fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to enable flow from port 2 to port 1. Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction that enhance its performance and reliability in demanding environments. It also offers manual override options which provide additional operational flexibility. For environments requiring robust protection against dust and water ingress, optional waterproof E-Coils are available that are rated up to IP69K. Furthermore, this valve benefits from an industry-common cavity design which facilitates compatibility and interchangeability with existing systems. The metering option available with this model allows for precise control over fluid flow, making it suitable for a variety of hydraulic applications requiring precise manipulation and control of fluid dynamics.
