The Hydraforce 5003163 (5003163) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, direct-acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic directional valve designed for high-pressure circuits. This robust valve efficiently controls the direction of the fluid flow within a hydraulic system. In its default state when de-energized, the SV3830X configuration allows fluid to flow from port 2 to port 1 while blocking the flow at port 3. Upon energization, the cartridge’s spool shifts to permit flow from port 3 to port 2, simultaneously blocking flow out of port 1. Notably, while port 1 can be fully pressurized in this setup, it is not intended to function as the inlet. This specific design and operational flexibility make it suitable for various applications where precise hydraulic flow control is necessary.
