The Hydraforce 5003158 (5003158) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, direct-acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic directional valve designed for high-pressure circuits. This model efficiently manages the flow of hydraulic fluid within a system, ensuring optimal performance in various applications. In its default state when de-energized, the SV3830X configuration allows fluid to flow from port 2 to port 1 while blocking the flow at port 3. Upon activation (energized), the cartridge’s spool shifts to enable flow from port 3 to port 2 and simultaneously blocks flow out of port 1. It is important to note that while port 1 can be fully pressurized, it should not serve as the inlet. This specific valve is ideal for use in applications requiring precise control over fluid direction and pressure within hydraulic systems.
