The Hydraforce 5002145 (5002145) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, direct-acting, needle-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed to function as a load-holding device for low-flow circuits that require extremely low leakage levels. The SL0822 model blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 when deenergized and allows bidirectional flow when energized by lifting the needle point. It operates as a check valve in its default state, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing reverse flow.
This model features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and maintains minimal leakage. The unit also offers optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate different electrical requirements.
