The Hydraforce 5002012P (5002012P) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, direct-acting, needle-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed to function as a blocking or load-holding device for low-flow circuits. In its default state when de-energized, the SV0826 effectively blocks flow in both directions up to its pressure rating. Should the pressure at port 1 exceed this rating, the valve allows flow from port 1 to port 2. Conversely, when the valve is energized, the needle point lifts to open the valve bidirectionally, facilitating fluid flow through both ports. Port 2 is designated as the recommended load-holding port.
This compact-sized valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers flexibility with optional coil voltages and terminations; furthermore, cartridges are voltage interchangeable which enhances adaptability for various applications. The unitized, molded coil design contributes to the robustness of the valve. For enhanced operational convenience and safety under diverse conditions, it includes a manual override option and optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K. The Hydraforce 5002012P fits an industry-common cavity which makes it suitable for a wide range of hydraulic applications requiring reliable control of fluid flow in compact spaces.
