The Hydraforce 5001620 (5001620) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, poppet-type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve specifically designed for low leakage in load-holding applications. This valve operates such that when de-energized, the SV0823X poppet lifts to open the flow from port 2 to port 1, and flow is also open from port 1 to port 2. Conversely, when energized, the cartridge acts as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 after overcoming the solenoid force which requires between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar). The valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. Additionally, it offers flexibility with optional coil voltages and terminations; cartridges are voltage interchangeable which enhances its adaptability across different systems.
