The Hydraforce 5001498P (5001498P) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, poppet type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve tailored for low leakage in load-holding applications. The valve operates by lifting the SV0823X poppet to open flow from port 2 to port 1 when de-energized; flow is also permissible from port 1 to port 2 in this state. Upon energization, the valve functions as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow in the opposite direction after overcoming a solenoid force that ranges from 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar). This unit features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which enhances its durability and ensures minimal leakage over time.
