The Hydraforce 5001435 (5001435) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, poppet type, normally open, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed for low leakage in load-holding applications. The operation of the valve is such that when de-energized, the SV0823X poppet lifts to open the flow from port 2 to port 1 while also allowing flow from port 1 to port 2. Upon energization, the cartridge acts as a check valve, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 after overcoming a solenoid force that requires between 50 to 150 psi (3.4 to 10.3 bar). This model features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations with cartridges that are voltage interchangeable. The unitized, molded coil design enhances durability and performance reliability.
