The Hydraforce 5000904V (5000904V) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, piloted poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed primarily to function as a blocking or load-holding device for low flow circuits. The valve operates by allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 when de-energized, acting like a check valve and effectively blocking flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the cartridge's poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, while the flow from port 1 to port 2 becomes severely restricted. This product features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures long life and minimal leakage.
