The Hydraforce 5000808N (5000808N) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, piloted poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed primarily for use as a blocking or load-holding device in low flow circuits. Its operation is dual-mode; when de-energized, it functions as a check valve allowing fluid to flow from port 1 to port 2 and blocks the flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the cartridge’s poppet lifts to facilitate flow from port 2 to port 1 while significantly restricting the flow from port 1 to port 2. This valve is distinguished by its continuous-duty rated coil and hardened seat which ensure long life and minimal leakage. It offers flexibility with optional coil voltages and terminations, and its cartridges are voltage interchangeable. The unitized, molded coil design enhances durability and reliability of the system.
