The Hydraforce 5000357 (5000357) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, piloted poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for use as a blocking or load-holding device in low flow circuits. This valve operates as a check valve when de-energized, allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow in the opposite direction. Upon energization, the valve's poppet lifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 1, though the reverse flow from port 1 to port 2 becomes severely restricted.
