The Hydraforce 5000222V (5000222V) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve, specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load holding applications. This valve functions effectively as a check valve when de-energized, facilitating flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing the reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 1, enabling bidirectional flow which broadens its application scope significantly. The SV0822 model features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage, enhancing reliability and performance in demanding environments. It also offers flexible options including various coil voltages and terminations to suit different system requirements. The cartridges are designed to be voltage interchangeable which provides additional adaptability for system integration. The unitized, molded coil design contributes to its durability and robustness. A manual override option is available for situations requiring manual control of the valve operation. For environments requiring rigorous standards of durability, optional waterproof E-Coils are available that are rated up to IP69K. Its industry common cavity design ensures compatibility with standard cavities, making it easier for integration or replacement purposes. The compact size of the Hydraforce 5000222V enables it to be implemented in systems where space is at a premium without sacrificing performance.
