The Hydraforce 5000106 (5000106) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, piloted poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed primarily to function as a blocking or load-holding device for low flow circuits. In its default state when de-energized, the valve operates as a check valve by allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 1; however, the design restricts flow from port 1 to port 2 during this mode. The valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. It offers flexibility with optional coil voltages and terminations, and its cartridges are interchangeable across different voltages. The unitized, molded coil design enhances durability and reliability. For environments requiring robust performance, optional waterproof E-Coils are available that are rated up to IP69K.
