The Hydraforce 5000023 (5000023) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications. In its default state when de-energized, the SV model acts as a check valve that permits fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while efficiently blocking the flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open up the flow path between port 1 and port 2, allowing for bidirectional fluid flow. This feature makes it versatile for various hydraulic circuits.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage, enhancing reliability and performance in demanding conditions. The unit also boasts optional coil voltages and terminations which provide flexibility for different electrical requirements. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable which simplifies maintenance and reduces stock variety needs.
Additionally, the Hydraforce 5000023 comes with an innovative unitized, molded coil design that contributes to its compact size and robustness. A manual override option is available for situations where manual control is necessary. For environments requiring enhanced protection against moisture and dust, optional waterproof E-Coils are offered, which are rated up to IP69K. Lastly, its industry common cavity design allows for easy installation and compatibility with standard cavities in hydraulic systems.
