The Hydraforce 5000019S (5000019S) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, piloted poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed primarily for use as a blocking or load-holding device in low flow circuits. The operation of this valve is dual-mode; when de-energized, it functions as a check valve allowing hydraulic fluid to flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse flow from port 2 to port 1. Conversely, when the valve is energized, the poppet lifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 1, though in this state, the flow from port 1 to port 2 becomes severely restricted.
