The Hengst 1.560 H10XL-AHV-0-E (1018025B) is a high-performance hydraulic filter element designed to ensure optimal filtration in hydraulic systems. This component is critical for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of hydraulic fluids, as it determines key parameters such as retention capacity, dirt holding capacity, and pressure loss. The filter element features a multilayer glass fiber material known as H10XL, which provides excellent filtration performance by capturing contaminants effectively. It has dimensions of 250 mm in length, an outer diameter of 142.5 mm, and an inner diameter of 95 mm, making it suitable for various hydraulic applications. The filter's design includes a stainless steel support cage (coded V), ensuring durability and structural integrity under demanding conditions. It has a nominal size of 560 and is equipped with EPDM seals (coded E) that offer reliable sealing capabilities. The adhesive used in the construction is coded H, contributing to the overall robustness of the element. With a collapse pressure rating of 30 bar, this filter element can withstand significant pressure differentials without compromising its performance or structural integrity. However, it is not suitable for use with HFC or HFA fluids and does not conform to DIN24550 standards. The Hengst 1.560 H10XL-AHV-0-E is specifically engineered to deliver high dirt holding capacity while minimizing pressure loss across the filter media, ensuring efficient operation in hydraulic systems where cleanliness is paramount.
