The Hengst 18.400 G100-J00-0-M (1015163B) is a hydraulic filter element designed for efficient filtration performance in hydraulic systems. This component plays a critical role in filtration, determining key parameters such as retention capacity, dirt holding capacity, and pressure loss through its advanced filter media. Specifically configured with a stainless steel wire mesh, the filter element offers robust durability and effective filtration capabilities. It features a nominal size of 400 and has dimensions of 500 mm in length, an outer diameter of 150 mm, and an inner diameter of 90.6 mm. The design includes a seal made from NBR material with the seal code M, ensuring optimal sealing performance under various operating conditions. With a collapse pressure rating of 10 bar and classified under design class J for collapse pressure code, this filter element is built to withstand significant pressure differentials without compromising its structural integrity. The support cage material is standard, providing additional reinforcement to the filter structure while maintaining its lightweight nature. The Hengst 18 series filter element is specifically engineered for applications requiring reliable contamination control within hydraulic systems but does not include suitability for HFC or HFA fluids nor compliance with DIN24550 standards. This product does not feature a support cage within its design but still maintains robust performance characteristics expected from high-quality filtration components.
