The Hengst 40 FLEN 0400 PWR10-A00-07V1,5-S0M00 (1013516B) is a hydraulic-inline filter designed for the efficient filtration of solids from fluids in hydraulic and lubricating oil systems. This inline filter is engineered for installation within pipelines and features a robust construction with housing made from carbon steel and aluminum. It utilizes a multilayer glass fiber material, designated as PWR10, which ensures effective filtration with a filtration grade of 10 microns. The filter is part of the 40FLE series and is equipped with an optical indicator to signal when maintenance is required. The Hengst 40 FLEN model has a nominal size of 0400 and supports standard port configurations of 3\" - 3000 psi in a horizontal position, adhering to SAE standards. It operates effectively under a maximum working pressure of up to 40 bar, with both nominal and collapse pressure ratings at this level, making it suitable for demanding applications. The design includes an NBR seal code (M), ensuring compatibility with various fluids while maintaining integrity under pressure. Additional features include its inline design class, single configuration, and the absence of components such as check valves or lifting devices, which simplifies its maintenance profile. The bypass valve cracking pressure is set at 3.5 bar, providing reliable performance without compromising system safety. This product does not support HFC/HFA suitability but complies with DIN24550 standards, ensuring it meets industry requirements for hydraulic applications.
