The Hengst 2.18 G100-A00-0-M (1011655B) is a hydraulic filter element designed to optimize filtration processes by effectively removing contaminants from hydraulic fluids. This specific model features a stainless steel wire mesh filter media, identified by the filter media code 'G', which provides robust filtration capabilities and ensures durability under various operating conditions. The filter element has a nominal size of 18 and is constructed with dimensions of 53 mm in length, an outer diameter of 44.5 mm, and an inner diameter of 18.1 mm. It is engineered to withstand a collapse pressure rating of up to 30 bar, making it suitable for demanding environments where reliable performance is crucial. The design class 'Filter element' indicates its primary role in maintaining the cleanliness of hydraulic systems by trapping debris and particulates that can compromise system efficiency. The seal designation 'NBR' denotes the use of nitrile rubber seals for enhanced compatibility with various hydraulic fluids, ensuring secure sealing and reducing the risk of leaks. With its support cage material classified as standard, this filter element does not require additional support cages for installation or operation, simplifying maintenance procedures. However, it should be noted that this model is not suitable for HFC or HFA fluid applications and does not conform to DIN24550 standards. Overall, the Hengst 2.18 G100-A00-0-M (1011655B) offers reliable filtration performance tailored for hydraulic systems where durability and efficiency are paramount.
