The Hengst 2.0004 G60-A00-0-V (1011520B) is a high-performance hydraulic filter element designed to ensure optimal filtration in hydraulic systems. This filter element is the core component where actual filtration occurs, determining key parameters such as retention capacity, dirt holding capacity, and pressure loss. It features a robust stainless steel wire mesh filter media with a nominal size of 0004, ensuring durability and effective filtration. The design includes an outer dimension of 45 mm, an inner dimension of 24.3 mm, and a length of 83 mm, making it suitable for various hydraulic applications requiring precise filtration capabilities. The Hengst filter element is characterized by its high collapse pressure rating of 30 bar, providing reliable performance under demanding conditions. It is equipped with an FKM seal (seal code V), which offers excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemical exposure, enhancing the longevity and reliability of the filter element in harsh environments. This model does not include a support cage but maintains its structural integrity through its standard support cage material configuration. Ideal for applications that require robust filtration solutions without compromising on efficiency or performance, the Hengst 2.0004 G60-A00-0-V excels in maintaining system cleanliness by effectively capturing contaminants and ensuring smooth operation of hydraulic systems. The absence of suitability for HFC/HFA fluids and DIN24550 compliance indicates its specific design focus on traditional hydraulic oils and systems without additional support cage requirements.
