The Bosch Rexroth H-4WEH 25 L6X/6EW110N9TDA/B08 (R978904931) is a sophisticated electrohydraulic directional control valve designed for subplate mounting with a porting pattern that adheres to ISO standards. It is available in 2-way, 3-way, or 4-way versions and features spring or pressure centering with the option for spring end position or hydraulic end position. This model incorporates wet-pin DC or AC solenoids which can be connected either individually or centrally, depending on the user's system requirements. The valve is equipped with an array of features such as manual override, switching time adjustment, a preload valve in channel P of the main valve, stroke setting, and/or spool position monitoring. The main control spool is pressure-centered and held in the zero position by pressurization of its front faces. When one side is relieved of pressure, the spool moves to the switching position allowing pilot oil to return externally via channel Y through the pilot control valve. This particular model has a size designation of 25 and belongs to component series X. It can handle a maximum operating pressure of up to bar and allows for a maximum flow rate of l/min. The H-4WEH 25 L6X/6EW110N9TDA/B08 also includes provisions for throttle inserts if there's a need to limit pilot oil supply in channel P. For pilot oil management, this directional valve offers several configurations: external supply via channel X from a separate source and external return through channel Y into the tank; internal supply from channel P with an external return to tank; or an entirely internal system drawing from channel P with return via channel T into the tank. Due to its inherent design principle, some internal leakage may occur which could increase over its life cycle. However, it's engineered with return springs that maintain the main control spool in central position without pilot pressure even when mounted vertically. This version does not use springs for return function but rather to hold the spool centrally when depressurized and installed horizontally. Modifications to pilot oil supply should only be performed by authorized specialists or at the factory to ensure optimal performance and safety.
