The Bosch Rexroth H-4WEH 22 C7X/T (R978894087) is a high-performance electrohydraulic directional control valve designed for subplate mounting with porting patterns according to ISO standards. It is available in 2, 3, or 4-way versions and can be utilized in various hydraulic systems requiring precise control of fluid flow and direction. This model features spring or pressure centering and offers options for spring end position or hydraulic end position, ensuring flexibility for different system requirements. Equipped with wet-pin DC or AC solenoids, the valve provides reliable actuation with the option for either individual or central electrical connections. The H-4WEH 22 C7X/T offers enhanced customization through optional features like manual override, switching time adjustment, a preload valve in channel P of the main valve, stroke setting, and spool position monitoring. The main control spool is designed to stay in the zero position due to pressure centering and holds steady even under conditions such as vertical valve positioning. This model includes return springs that maintain the spool's central position when depressurized and installed horizontally. The pilot oil supply can be external via channel X from an independent pressure source or internal from channel P of the main valve depending on the type specified (HWEH...ET..., HWEH...E, HWEH...T...). Similarly, pilot oil return can be external through channel Y into the tank or internal via channel T. For systems needing controlled pilot oil supply flow rates, a throttle insert may be used which must be inserted into channel P of the pilot control valve. The valve operates at a maximum pressure of up to bar and supports a maximum flow rate of l/min. It should be noted that any modification to the pilot oil supply must only be performed by authorized specialists or at the factory to avoid complications with operating parameters.
