The Bosch Rexroth 4WE6D6X/OFEG24N9DK24L/B10 (R901230366) is a high-performance directional control valve designed for managing the flow and direction of hydraulic fluid within a system. This solenoid-operated directional spool valve is part of the WE series and is capable of controlling the start, stop, and direction of flow with precision. It features a housing, one or two electromagnets, a control spool, and return springs that work together to ensure reliable operation. The 4WE6D6X/OFEG24N9DK24L/B10 valve operates with two switching positions and is equipped with two high-power solenoids, which can be optionally rotated by 90 degrees to accommodate various installation requirements. The electric connection can be configured as either a single or central connection based on system needs. Additionally, an optional auxiliary actuation feature allows for manual operation of the valve without power supply to the electromagnets. This model includes spool position monitoring options for enhanced control and safety. It adheres to CE conformity standards for electrical voltages greater than 50 VAC or 75 VDC and also offers solenoid coils with UR marking in compliance with UL508, edition 18, as well as optional approval according to CSA C22.2 No. 14. The Bosch Rexroth directional valve has a porting pattern according to ISO standards, available with or without locating holes. It has been engineered to handle maximum operating pressures up to 350 bar and supports maximum flow rates of DC up to 80 l/min and AC up to 60 l/min. The inclusion of throttle inserts may be necessary when operating conditions exceed the performance limits during switching processes. Notably, this version of the directional valve features soft switching behavior that minimizes switching strokes upon activation or deactivation, contributing to reduced mechanical stress and quieter operation. However, it should be noted that internal leakage is inherent in the design principle of these valves and may increase over their service life. Separate return lines or check valves are recommended in multi-valve configurations to prevent unintended control spool movements due to pressure peaks in drain lines when using versions with detent.
