The Bosch Rexroth 4WE6D6X/EG28N9K4/V (R901124097) is a high-performance directional control valve designed for managing the flow and direction of hydraulic fluid within a system. This solenoid-operated directional spool valve is part of the WE series, which is known for its reliability and versatility in controlling the start, stop, and direction of fluid flow. The valve features a housing, one or two electromagnets, a control spool, and return springs that ensure the spool returns to its initial position when the electromagnet is de-energized. This particular model includes two switching positions with two high-power solenoids that can be optionally rotated by 90 degrees. The electric connection can be configured as either a single or central connection, providing flexibility in integration with various electrical systems. An optional auxiliary actuation allows for manual operation without magnet supply. The 4WE6D6X/EG28N9K4/V valve has porting patterns that adhere to ISO standards and offers options with or without locating holes. It also provides optional spool position monitoring and CE conformity according to the Low-Voltage Directive EU for electrical voltages greater than 50 VAC or 75 VDC. Additionally, solenoid coils are available with UR marking according to UL standard edition 5, with optional CSA C22.2 No. 0 approval. Designed for robust performance, this directional valve supports maximum operating pressures up to 350 bar and can handle maximum flows of DC up to 80 l/min and AC up to 60 l/min. To accommodate various applications and operating conditions that may exceed the performance limit of the valve during switching processes, it may require a throttle insert. Please note that due to its design principle, internal leakage may occur over time with this type of valve. Users should also consider separate return lines or installing check valves in drain lines when using multiple valves in series to avoid pressure peaks causing unintended control spool movements in versions with detents.
