The Bosch Rexroth 4WE6J6X/EG24N9K4/X20V (R901088783) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable switching of oil flow direction in accordance with its hydraulic symbol J. This direct-actuated spool valve features a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and is capable of handling maximum flows of DC 80 l/min and AC 60 l/min. It comes in a size 6 configuration, adhering to the CETOP D03 porting pattern according to ISO standards, with or without a locating hole. The model is equipped with high-power solenoids that can be optionally rotated by 90 degrees, providing flexibility for various mounting positions. Electrical connections can be made as either single or central connections, and an optional auxiliary operating device is available. For safety and compliance, the valve meets CE conformity according to the Low-Voltage Directive (EU) for electrical voltages greater than 50 VAC or 75 VDC. Additionally, spool position monitoring is optional for enhanced control verification. The solenoid coil comes with an approved component with UR marking according to UL standard edition and has an optional approval according to CSA C22.2 No. 0-M91. This particular model of the Bosch Rexroth valve series features two switching positions powered by electromagnets without detent, meaning it does not have a defined basic position when de-energized. With FKM seals, this valve is compatible with various hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, HETG, HEES, HEPG, HFDU, and HFDR. The design ensures that the control spool moves from its rest position to the desired end position when energized and returns to its initial position upon de-energization by return springs unless configured otherwise.
