The Bosch Rexroth 4WRZE25EA220-7X/6EG24N9K31/A1M (R900976146) is a pilot-operated proportional directional valve designed to manage the flow direction and size in hydraulic systems. This model is part of the WRZE series, which is known for its precision control facilitated by proportional solenoids. The valve features an additional port R for NG size and offers a setup that includes a pilot control valve with proportional solenoids, a main valve with a main control spool, and a centering spring. In its default state, with solenoids de-energized, the main control spool is maintained in the central position by the centering springs. Upon energization of the solenoids, the pilot control valve actuates the main control spool proportionally to the electric input signal allowing for precise flow direction. The design facilitates connection from P to A and B to T through orifice-type cross-sections with progressive flow characteristics. The WRZE25EA220-7X/6EG24N9K31/A1M model allows for internal or external pilot oil supply via port P or X respectively. When solenoids are switched off, both spools return to their central positions automatically.
