The Bosch Rexroth 4WRAE6W07-2X/G24K31/A1V (R900954076) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable control of oil flow direction corresponding to the hydraulic symbol W. The valve operates through proportional solenoids with a central thread and detachable coil that are controlled via the integrated electronics. The setup includes a housing with connection surface, control spool with compression springs, and solenoids equipped with integrated electronics. In its default state with deenergized solenoids, the control spool maintains its central position due to the compression springs. Upon energization of one proportional solenoid, the control spool shifts proportionally to the electrical input signal allowing connection from P to A and B to T through orifice-type cross-sections.
This particular model has two spool positions (type WRA...A...) and is equipped only with solenoid 'a', whereas the second position is occupied by either a plug screw or cover depending on size NG6 or NG10 respectively. It has no electrical position feedback but ensures precise operation through its OBE (On Board Electronics). With a size 6 CETOP D03 interface and component series X designation, it can handle maximum operating pressures up to bar and maximum flow rates up to l/min.
For installation purposes, it's crucial that the tank line remains filled as an empty line could cause operational issues; if necessary due to installation conditions, installing a preload valve (preload pressure approximately bar) may be required. The 4/2 and 4/3 proportional directional valves are designed as direct operated devices in plate design. Operation by means of proportional solenoids with central thread and detachable coil. The solenoids are controlled via integrated electronics.

Valve with two spool positions (type 4WRA...A...):
The function of this valve version basically corresponds to the valve with three spool positions. This 2 spool position valve is, however, only equipped with solenoid “a”. Instead of the 2nd proportional solenoid, there is a plug screw (8.1) with NG 6 or a cover (8.2) with NG10.

The tank line must not be allowed to run empty. With corresponding installation conditions, a preload valve (preload pressure approx. 2 bar) must be installed.
