The Bosch Rexroth 4WE6Y6X/EG24N9K4/B10V (R900941068) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable switching of oil flow direction based on the hydraulic symbol Y. This direct-actuated spool valve features two solenoid actuators, ensuring precise control over the start, stop, and direction of flow within a hydraulic system. With its size 6 CETOP D interface, it adheres to ISO standards for porting patterns and can be used in either 3-way or 4-way configurations. The valve is capable of handling a maximum operating pressure of up to 350 bar and allows for a maximum flow rate of DC 80 l/min and AC 60 l/min. The electrical connection is facilitated through a Connector pole PE according to EN standards, supporting a supply voltage of 24 VDC. The unit's robust design includes FKM seals compatible with various hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, HETG, HEES, HEPG, HFDU, and HFDR. Additional features include an optional auxiliary manual actuation device and spool position monitoring for enhanced operational flexibility. When de-energized, the control spool returns to its initial position via return springs unless configured otherwise (e.g., versions without spring return). Furthermore, these valves can be manually operated without magnet supply due to their auxiliary actuation capability. This particular model is designed without spring return or detent OF options—meaning it will not have a defined basic position when de-energized—and offers soft switching behavior for reduced switching strokes and potential energy savings during operation.
