The Bosch Rexroth LFA25GWB-7X/ (R900912677) is a sophisticated way cartridge valve designed for seamless integration into compact block systems. This valve facilitates the implementation of pressure, directional, and throttle functions, or a combination thereof, through control with corresponding pilot control valves. The versatility of the LFA25GWB-7X/ allows for cost-effective solutions by tailoring the valve size to match the flow requirements of different actuator paths. Constructed with a modular approach, the LFA25GWB-7X/ consists of a control cover that houses control bores and may include additional features such as stroke limitation, hydraulically controlled directional seat valves, or shuttle valves based on the needed function. Electrically operated directional spool or seat valves are also an option for installation on the control cover. The installation kit includes essential components like a bushing, ring (up to size NG), valve poppet (with optional damping nose), and closing spring. The functionality of this way cartridge valve is pressure-dependent, establishing three critical pressurized areas (A1, A2, A3) that contribute to its operation. With varying area ratios (A1 : A2) such as 0.7:1 or 1:1 depending on the version, these valves can be optimized for different applications by selecting from various area ratios, springs, and cracking pressures. This way cartridge valve allows flow in both directions—from A to B or B to A—and ensures channel A is blocked without leakage when pressurization occurs in area A3 via pilot oil discharge from channel B or an external pilot oil supply. It is engineered to meet high standards with a maximum operating pressure of up to several hundred bar and maximum flow rates that can accommodate a wide range of hydraulic system demands.
