The Bosch Rexroth DR10DP7-4X/150YM (R900594127) is a high-performance direct operated pressure reducing valve designed for subplate mounting with a porting pattern according to DIN Form D and ISO standards. This model is part of the component series X, capable of handling maximum operating pressures up to bar levels and sustaining maximum flow rates in liters per minute. The DR10DP7-4X/150YM valve functions by limiting system pressure through a secondary circuit, where the desired pressure level is set via an adjustment type mechanism. In its initial position, the valve allows unrestricted hydraulic fluid flow from channel B to channel A while maintaining constant pressure in channel A through the balance of control line force against a compression spring. If external forces cause an increase in channel A's pressure, the control spool reacts by moving into a control position that discharges excess hydraulic fluid into the tank, ensuring that only a slight increase in pressure occurs. The design includes internal signal and pilot oil supply from channel A and features external leakage oil discharge through channel TY. Additionally, there is an option to install a check valve for free flow back from channel A to B. The valve also offers various adjustment types such as a rotary knob, threaded pin with hexagon and protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale, or rotary knob with scale for precise control. Furthermore, it comes equipped with a pressure gauge connection for monitoring secondary pressure levels. The option for integrating a check valve provides added flexibility based on application needs. Overall, this model is engineered to maintain consistent secondary pressures within hydraulic systems while offering customization through optional features to meet specific operational requirements.
