For applications involving overall weights greater than 50 kg and conveying speeds exceeding 12 M/min, reinforced frame modules are recommended to ensure stability and durability. The FRAME MODULE WT400 A can be seamlessly integrated with WT 2 carrying plates, which expands its utility in complex conveyor setups. The PA wear pad option is ideal for belt or toothed belt conveyors as well as flat top chain conveyors, providing a reliable basic solution for material handling tasks. On the other hand, the PE wear pad variant is necessary for duplex chain and accumulation roller chain conveyors. Frame modules are used for self-assembly of workpiece pallets. The PA basic solution is suitable for use on the belt/toothed belt and flat top chain conveyor media.

Frame modules with PE wear pads are required for use on the duplex chain and accumulation roller chain conveyor media. The PE pad is not suitable for accumulation operation on ESD flat top chains.
