The Bosch Rexroth 4WRZ16E150-7X/ET/M (R978918069) is a pilot-operated proportional directional valve designed to control the flow direction and size in hydraulic systems. This valve is characterized by its ability to actuate via proportional solenoids, ensuring precise manipulation of the hydraulic flow. It features an additional port R for NG size applications and is built with a pilot control valve that works in conjunction with a main valve consisting of a main control spool and centering spring. In operation, when the solenoids are de-energized, the main control spool remains in a central position due to the centering spring. Upon energization, the pilot control valve moves the main control spool proportionally to the electric input signal, allowing for meticulous adjustments to flow direction. The WRZE series valves offer progressive flow characteristics through orifice-type cross-sections that connect from P to A and B to T. The supply of pilot oil can be directed internally via port P or externally through port X. Additionally, an optional manual override feature is available, allowing for manual adjustment of the control spool without solenoid activation; however, caution is advised as accidental use may result in unintended machine movements.
