The Bosch Rexroth 4WH 6 Y5X/V/ SO135 (R978007467) is a high-performance directional spool valve designed for controlling the start, stop, and direction of fluid flow within a hydraulic system. This model features a robust housing that encases the control spool and actuation elements, including a hydraulic actuation cylinder and one or two return springs. The radial positioning of the control ports allows for efficient flow management. Equipped with throttle inserts to manage excessive flows during switching processes, this valve ensures stable operation even under challenging conditions. The throttle insert is specifically placed in channel P to enhance performance limits. The 4WH 6 Y5X/V/ SO135 is capable of functioning without spring return due to its detent feature, which allows each spool position to be securely locked in place. In configurations without spring return or detent (version ..O..), there is no defined spool position when deenergized, offering flexibility in control. This direct operated directional spool valve operates hydraulically and adheres to porting patterns according to DIN form A without locating hole and ISO with locating hole. For mounting purposes, it requires subplates which are available separately as indicated on the data sheet. The model provides reliable operation with its maximum operating pressure and maximum flow rate specifications ensuring suitability for a wide range of applications. Additionally, it can be fitted with inductive position switches and proximity sensors for contactless detection of spool position, further enhancing its functionality and applicability in various hydraulic systems.
