This advanced component is designed for precise control of hydraulic flow and direction within a system. The integrated or external electronics continuously monitor the command value against the actual spool position, making real-time adjustments to the solenoid of the pilot control valve to correct any deviations. The valve ensures accurate stroke and orifice cross-section control proportionate to the input command until any discrepancies are mitigated. It is essential that for proper operation, the direction of flow from A to B must have port X connected to A, and conversely from B to A with port X connected to B. Port Y should remain depressurized leading back to the tank. In scenarios where supply voltage fails or drops below minimum requirements, safety measures are in place. The system will automatically disconnect enabling signals (only for interfaces B and G), and in case of a solenoid conductor cable breakage, it will deactivate the solenoid of the pilot control valve.
